* RESPECTFUL. We recruit and select only the finest people. Our attractive compensation plan helps but it is our experience in interviewing and training and our conviction to the business that gets the sales person involved. They either believe or leave.


* RESPONSIBLE. Of course 100% compliant with all
telemarketing laws but we go a step farther by not calling before 9 am or after 8 pm. We engrain in our staff that WE ARE representing the newspaper to YOUR neighbors.


* RELIABLE. It takes us less than 72 hours to start up a new client and less than 24 hours to change a program or increase your production request. Questions, concerns, or inquiries are addressed immediately. We're always here and always ready to serve you and the newspaper. We can come to you too! To fix any internal or external tele-services within 7 days of request. When we say we'll do it it will be done!

* PERSONALIZE YOUR PRODUCT. We ask for 30 to 35 copies of your newspaper to start the campaign and then provide us with a mail subscription. We thoroughly cover the paper to start and review it each time we are in your market. So much so that we strive to know as much about your paper or more than your editor or publisher. After all it's the newspaper that we are attracting new readers to and new customers with.
